Probiotic Yoghurts with Sea Buckthorn, Elderberry, and Sloe Fruit Purees

Abstract: Elderberries, sea buckthorn, and sloe berries are fruits of wild-grown bushes, valued in folk medicine for their health-promoting properties but still rarely applied in food.
