Prodrug Designing of NSAIDs

Abstract: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), commonly used for the treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases suffer from several undesired side effects, the most important being gastrointestinal (GI) irritation and ulceration.
