Production of Paclitaxel Loaded PLA-Lecithin Ultrasound Contrast Agents

Abstract: Drug loaded PLA (or PLGA) mirobubbles that combine properties of ultrasound imaging contrast agents and drug carriers suffer from low encapsulation efficiency and difficulty to destruction with diagnosis ultrasound.
