The aim of the study was response tomato hybrids in a multi-tube hydroponic technology in a polycarbonate greenhouse and the effect of different lighting in a phytotron on tomato plants. A study was conducted at All-Russian Research Institute of Vegetable Production, Moscow region, Russia and the laboratory of artificial climate (RSAU – MTAA). Eleven tomato hybrids were studied, differing in ripeness groups, by comparing their reactions in a hydroponic system (Phytopyramide) and a greenhouse system (soil). The effect of seven different spectral lighting modes on four hybrids under phytotron conditions (growth chamber) was also studied. Observations revealed a significant effect of hydroponic on maturation period. Hydroponic vertical cultivation has shown excellent results in obtaining an early tomato harvest and an increase in yield per m2 compared to a ground greenhouse. A higher marketable production was obtained with Ruddy ball F1 (25.51 kg/m2) compared to (9.92 kg/m2) in the soil greenhouse. Dichromatic light had the greatest effect on photosynthesis, while monochromatic light had the greatest effect on height growth. An increase in leaf chlorophyll content (SPAD) was obtained with (blue+red) light (620.06) compared to monochromatic green light (319.88). Monochromatic red (23.81 cm) had the greatest lighting effect on plant height compared to monochromatic blue (12.62 cm) the least.

Цель исследования – сравнение гибридов томата с различными сроками созревания в теплицах с гидропонной системой («Фитопирамида») и обычной почвой при различных системах освещения. Исследования проводили в 2020–2021 годах во ВНИИО – филиале ФГБНУ ФНЦО (Раменский район Московской области). Растения выращивали в поликарбонатной теплице ООО «Фитопирамида». В испытании участвовало 11 гибридов томата с разным уровнем скороспелости и различных товарных групп селекции Агрофирмы «Поиск» (Россия). Эксперимент с различными вариантами освещения проводили в 2021 году в лаборатории искусственного климата ФГБОУ ВО РГАУ – МСХА им. К.А. Тимирязева. В эксперименте было использовано 7 вариантов освещения. Были отобраны четыре гибрида селекции агрофирмы «Поиск»: F1Капитан (ультраранний), F1 Рафинад (раннеспелый), F1Коралловый риф (среднеспелый) и F1 Огонь (средне-среднеспелый). Климат установки «Фитопирамида» оказался идеальным для выращивания гибридов томата разных групп спелости. Наличие автоматической системы вентиляции и максимальный контроль за всеми периодами роста и развития растений помогли уменьшить время созревания на 16–25 дней по сравнению с традиционной системой неотапливаемого защищенного грунта. Самым раннеспелым гибридом был F1Эльф (T5) в гидропонике (77,00 сут.) и защищенном грунте (101,67 сут.). F1Алая каравелла (T4) – наиболее поздний гибрид по времени созревания (94,75 и 114,67 сут. соответственно). Это связано с более быстрым прохождением растением фаз развития в условиях «Фитопирамиды» по сравнению с размещением в почве. Бинарное освещение синий+красный (С+К) оказывало наибольшее влияние на показатель числа листьев по сравнению с монохроматическим зеленым, так как они более эффективно поглощаются фотосинтетическими пигментами. Добавление светодиодов красного и/или синего света может увеличить массу свежих ростков и растений микрозелени. The aim of the study is to compare tomato hybrids with different maturation periods in greenhouses with a hydroponic system («Phytopyramid») and ordinary soil with different lighting systems. The research was carried out in 2020–2021 at the ARRIVG – branch of FSBSI FSVC (Ramensky district of the Moscow region). The plants were grown in a polycarbonate greenhouse of «Phytopyramid» LLC. The test involved 11 tomato hybrids with different levels of precocity and different product groups of selection of the Poisk Agrofirm. An experiment with various lighting options was carried out in 2021 in the laboratory of artificial climate of the RSAU – MTAA after K.A. Timiryazev. In the experiment, 7 lighting options were used. Four hybrids of the selection of the Poisk Agrofirmwere selected: F1 Captain (ultra-early), F1 Rafinad (early-ripening), F1 Coral Reef (medium-ripe) and F1Ogon (medium-ripe). The climate of the «Phytopyramid» plant turned out to be ideal for growing tomato hybrids of different ripeness groups. The presence of an automatic ventilation system and maximum control over all periods of plant growth and development helped to reduce the ripening time by 16–25 days compared to the traditional system of unheated protected soil. The earliest-maturing hybrid was F1 Elf (T5) in hydroponics (77.00 days) and protected soil (101.67 days). F1Alaya karavella (T4) is the latest in maturation time (94.75 and 114.67 days. respectively). This is due to the faster passage of the plant phases of development in the conditions of «Phytopyramid» compared with placement in the soil. Binary illumination blue+red (C+K) had the greatest effect on the number of leaves compared to monochromatic green, since they are more efficiently absorbed by photosynthetic pigments. The addition of red and/or blue light LEDs can increase the mass of fresh micro-green shoots and plants.
