Productivity assessment of alternative timber debarking methods

Abstract: U Turskoj se faze koranja drveta obično obavljaju uz pomoć sjekira. Međutim, ta metoda zahtijeva puno vremena i puno radne snage. Uz to, budući da ostavljanje drveta s korom u sastojinama povećava rizik od oštećenja insektima, zahtijeva hitan proces guljenja kore. “…Perbedaan ratarata produktivitas debarking tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh rata-rata volume kayu di TPn 1 lebih tinggi yaitu 9,16 m 3 . Hasil uji t yang membandingkan rata-rata produktivitas pengupasan kulit kayu di TPn 1 dengan TPn 2 yaitu t hitung = 2,859 > t tabel (99%) 2,692, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata produktivitas pengupasan kulit di TPn 1 lebih baik daripada di TPn 2 Menurut Gulci et al (2017); Budiaman (2002) efisiensi dan produktivitas kegiatan pengupasan kulit dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor seperti jenis peralatan, struktur fisik pekerja, jenis dan diameter pohon, ketebalan kulit kayu, masa panen, waktu antara penebangan dan pengupasan kulit, kemiringan tanah dan kondisi cuaca.
