Produksi Dan Komposisi Susu Kambing Peranakan Ettawa Di Dataran Tinggi Dan Dataran Rendah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Abstract: INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membandingkan produksi dan komposisi susu kambing daerah dataran tinggi dan dataran rendah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kambing yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 10 induk laktasi kambing Peranakan Ettawa di masing-masing lokasi yaitu Kabupaten Kulon Progo dan Bantul.
