Abstract: RESUMO: Atualmente, umas das formas de inoculação da cultura da soja é através da aplicação de inoculante via sulco de semeadura, ou simplesmente inoculação via sulco. “…Thus, in order to determine the number of nodules, plants were collected with the aid of a shovel and hoe, with precautions to keep the nodules in the roots. Later, through a 2.0 mm mesh sieve and running water, removing the soil from the roots and nodules of the plants, and then handled to air dry and packed in properly identified paper bags, according to the methodology proposed by [3].
