The purpose this study is to determine the effect of compensation and the work environment on employee performance. The associative method is used in this study. The data collection method used was a questionnaire which was measured using a Liker scale. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, and the total number of samples is 42 people. The data analysis technique used is partial least squares (PLS). The findings show that compensation and work environment have a significant impact on performance
