Show more

“…Such models are known as probability density function; Weibull 3P and Gama are among the most used (NASCIMENTO et al 2012;BINOTI et al, 2014;EBLING et al, 2014;TÉO et al, 2015;SCHIKOWSKI et al, 2016;. The evaluation of the performance of such diametric distribution functions is performed mainly by the Komolgorov-Smirnov adhesion test (ORELLANA et al, 2014;MACHADO et al, 2017).…”

“…It is important to emphasize, the limitations of these two methods, as the projections, depend only on the state that the forest presents during the inventory that originated the data used in the models (EBLING et al, 2014). For the transition matrix, this constant state for future projections is defined as a Markovian property (SCOLFORO et al, 1998).…”

“…The demand for information that helps in forestry activities planning is fundamental to effective sustained exploration, especially in native forests, where the models traditionally used are difficult to apply (EBLING et al, 2014). To studies facilitate and considering the diversity of existing species, it is stated that grouping species of forestry and similar ecological characteristics facilitate the proposition methodologies applicable to each group, the choice of species to be explored and the definition of the minimum cutting diameter, and cutting cycle (OLIVEIRA et al 2017;BRASIL, 2009).…”
