Project Management - Then And Now

Abstract: The article analyzes the strategic importance of the project management, that ability of managers to manage projects consistently and competently, being considered a strategic competence. It is also analysed the change of project management vision in terms of the manager's role and responsibility, the necessary knowledge, the clients' expectations and the definition of success.
