Promising Herbs as Alternatives for Women with Symptoms of Menopause: A Review

Abstract: Hot flashes, sleep issues, bipolar disorder, decreased libido, weight gain, and impairments in cognitive performance are all common symptoms of menopause. Herbs and alternative therapies are often of great value to people in the management and treatment of the signs and complications of menopause, due to the adverse effects of hormone therapy.
