Also consistent with previous research (e.g., Poland, Krupa & McCall, 2009;Williams & Snow, 2012), activities that are provided close to an employee's organisation act as an enabler to participation and long-term adherence (Barene et al, 2013(Barene et al, , 2014a(Barene et al, , 2014b.
