Promotion of Propranolol Delivery to Hemangiomas by Using Anti-VEGFR Antibody-Conjugated Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) Nanoparticles

Abstract: Infantile hemangiomas are the most common tumors affecting children. Although infantile hemangiomas are benign, they could result in morbidity and mortality.
