This study is a systematic literature review on ERP-Based Management Information Systems for MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia. Through an analysis of previous studies, the findings show that the use of ERP can integrate various business functions in one integrated system, automate business processes, and provide fast access to real-time information, thereby increasing the operational efficiency and productivity of MSMEs. The research method in this paper is carried out systematically, starting with identifying research questions and determining the paper's contribution. Furthermore, a search strategy was carried out, selecting relevant and quality documents and extracting data to produce output in this study. The results show that ERP provides integrated data access, enables better and more informed decision-making, and helps plan business growth better. Although ERP adoption requires initial investment and wise management, the use of ERP has proven to impact the competitiveness and growth of MSMEs in Indonesia positively. This study will provide an in-depth understanding of the ERP-Based Management Information System and contribute to developing strategies and policies that support the growth and sustainability of the MSME sector in Indonesia.

Purpose This study aims to explore the determinants of digital technology adoption within micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) operating in a developing economy. Grounded in the theoretical frameworks of fit-viability and task-technology fit models, this study investigates the impact of environmental fit, task-technology fit and viability on the intention to adopt digital technologies among MSMEs. Design/methodology/approach This study validates the theoretical model using structural equation modeling, using data collected from 280 experienced respondents employed in the MSMEs in India. Findings The results indicate that both functional and symbolic benefits positively impact managers’ intention to adopt digital technology. However, subgroup analysis reveals that in the case of service enterprises, only functional benefits have a positive influence on managers’ intention to adopt digital technology. In addition, the findings underscore the crucial role of viability in shaping the intention to adopt digital technologies among MSMEs. This study highlights how functional and symbolic benefits motivate digital technology adoption in MSMEs. Originality/value There is a dearth of empirical studies investigating the factors influencing the adoption of digital technology by MSME firms, especially within the context of developing economies and specifically within the MSME domain. This study contributes to the theoretical discussion surrounding digital technology adoption among MSMEs in India. Through empirical research, it expands on the fit-viability model and formulates a technology adoption model within the MSME context.

This study aims to look at the potential of religious tourism in Bangkalan Regency, known for its high level of religiosity which is relevant to the majority of Indonesian Muslims. This research is very interesting to be studied, explored, developed and integrated through religious tourism package programs to preserve and also contribute to increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Bangkalan Regency. In this paper, the problem lies in the synergy carried out by the social structure in the effort to develop religious tourism in the digital era which is still lacking due to the lack of expertise in the insight of tourism management even though it is an opportunity in the development of religious tourism. The method in this study uses qualitative research with an interpretive approach that describes the tourism potential and the extent of synergy built by the social structure by looking at the functions of the existing social structure. The results of this study state that (1) The practice of social structure in the development of religious tourism is less synergized, there is a need for intensive guidance, especially in resource management (2) The importance of implementing social systems, cultural systems and personality systems in efforts to develop religious tourism in Bangkalan Regency. Therefore, the importance of tourism development, especially religious tourism with the pentahelix model, so that the potential in Bangkalan Regency can develop optimally.
