Prosthetic Treatment of Implant-supported Double-crown Retained Removable Denture in a Failure Case of Implant-supported Fixed Dental Prosthesis

Abstract: A 78-year-old female patient presented with implant failure in the maxillary and mandibular anterior areas due to medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw. Implant-supported fixed dental prosthesis (FDP) in the maxilla and mandible were removed, and implants with osteomyelitis were removed in the anterior area (three implants in the maxilla and two implants in the mandible).
