Proteasomal Regulation of Mammalian SPT16 in Controlling Transcription

Abstract: FACT (Facilitates Chromatin Transcription), an essential and evolutionarily conserved heterodimer from yeast to humans, controls transcription and is found to be upregulated in various cancers.
