Protective effects of ulinastatin on rats with acute lung injury induced by lipopolysaccharide

Abstract: We aimed to evaluate the protective effects of ulinastatin (UTI) on rats with acute lung injury induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) via the Toll like receptor 4 (TLR4)/myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88)/nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) signaling pathway.
