Protein and Iron Bioavailability, Perception, Menstrual Cycle as Adolescent Girls’ Anemia Factors

Abstract: Adolescent girls are one of the groups of people who is prone to iron nutrient deficiency. Iron is required as a substitute for iron lost due to the menstrual cycle.
