Proteus Syndrome of the Hand

Abstract: Proteus syndrome exhibits an expanded phenotype. We report a case with restricted macrodactyly and cerebriform hypertrophy of one palm. The differential diagnosis with macrodactyly and other hamartomatous overgrowth syndromes is discussed.
