In April 2011, the term Industry 4.0 was introduced at the Hannover Fair. PT Yamaha Indonesia was an early adopter, implementing it in their piano manufacturing process. To achieve production targets, it is necessary to monitor the production series, including the assembly of piano components into a complete unit. SAP, a software platform, is used to improve efficiency, with one of its modules being K-STAFF, which has four derivative applications: K-Master, K-Ticket, K-Score, and K-Tiptop. However, the current production process is monitored through scanning input using a SAP derivative application, which is not visualized in the production area, leading to failed targets. To address this issue, a system is required to visualize input scan results to enable direct monitoring of the production process and achieve production targets. As a result, PT Yamaha Indonesia developed the Ratio Set Assy Grand Piano system using the SCRUM method. This system includes an MIS that monitors the ratio set of piano, visualized with Apache E-Charts, manages planning, and identifies priority spare parts in real-time. This research contributes to the development of a more efficient and effective production process

The development of technology in the field of information systems is currently experiencing a very rapid development, with the presence of an information system, many things can be done easier and faster. For the implementation of tuition payments at Al-Mushlih Junior High School, a web-based information system is needed, which is used for the process of SPP payment services. Currently, the management of school fees payments is still done in the traditional way by entering them in the general ledger, which is very time consuming, especially in the days of school fees payments. Errors often occur when recalling data, and it takes a long time because of the need to check the payment archive in the general ledger. By using a web-based information system, retrieving payment data when needed becomes easier and very fast. The prototype method is used as a reference for system design and development, and it is expected that the new system will facilitate the work of staff and the information produced will be more accurate and precise when reports are generated. Supporting software such as web server, PHp, and Mysql is needed to create a website. The results of the information system created can later process student data, payment data, and transaction data for report generation over a period of time.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru di Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri yang bertujuan untuk Mengembangkan Sistem Informasi pada Website PMB yang lebih lengkap dan memenuhi kebutuhan calon mahasiswa baru dan admin promosi di Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Teknik penerimaan ini masih memiliki kekurangan yang kemudian membuat peserta calon mahasiswa baru belum bisa mendapatkan informasi secara maksimal dengan keperluan yang dibutuhkan dimana calon mahasiswa yang sudah mengisi formulir dan sudah menyimpan data, tidak dapat mengedit kembali data, belum Tersedianya ikon/symbol yang bisa digunakan untuk print data yang menyatakan status pendaftar/peserta, serta laporan rekapitulasi banyaknya calon mahasiswa keseluruhan dan perprodi belum tersedia di sistem. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi terkait pendataan data calon mahasiswa baru telah sesuai dengan yang direncanakan dibuktikan dengan perolehan pada hasil pengujian sistem. Pengembangan istem ini nantinya dapat mempermudah calon mahasiswa dalam melakukan manajemen data. Selain itu hal ini juga dapat membantu pihak adminitrasi dalam melakukan manajemen data calon mahasiswa. Berdasarkan kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini, direkomendasikan tujuan utama dari “Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Di Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri” adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pada website PMB yang lebih lengkap dan memenuhi kebutuhan calon mahasiswa baru dan admin promosi di Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri.
