Proximate Composition and Sensory Evaluation Between Artificially Ripened and Naturally Ripened Pineapples (<em>Ananas comosus</em>)

Abstract: The number of artificially ripened pineapples is outnumbered than the naturally ripened pineapples. However, there is a lack of understanding between artificially ripened and naturally ripened pineapples.
