Przywództwo strategiczne w świetle osiągnięć psychologii

Abstract

Przywództwo strategiczne jest jednym z podstawowych kierunków badawczych podejścia zasobowego w zarządzaniu strategicznym. Ma istotny wpływ na funkcjonowanie i wyniki przedsiębiorstw. Dzięki ekspansji ekonomii behawioralnej, możliwy stał się postęp w badaniach nad strategicznym przywództwem poprzez absorbowanie osiągnięć psychologii. W ostatnich dekadach psycholodzy dokonali istotnego postępu w identyfikacji i weryfikacji fundamentalnych koncepcji, które stwarzają istotne przesłanki do dalszego rozwoju teorii i badań nad zespołami zarządczymi przedsiębiorstw. Artykuł składa się z trzech głównych części. Pierwsza część poświęcona jest omówieniu psychologicznego konstruktu rdzenia samooceny. W drugiej części przedstawiono różne podejścia do koncepcji intuicji. Część trzecia omawia przedsiębiorczą pasję. (abstrakt oryginalny)
