“…The main fatty acids in the cell membrane of strain CLL3-39 T comprised summed feature 8 (C 18 : 1 ω7c/C 18 : 1 ω6c; 26.7 %), anteiso-C 15 : 0 (22.3), iso-C 15 : 0 (13.96 %) and C 16 : 0 (9.2 %) (Table 2). The presence of summed feature 8 and C 16 : 0 was similar between P. aestuarii [1] and CLL3-39 T , but the presence of anteiso-C 15 : 0 and iso-C 15 : 0 was different.
