Every child has the right to receive education tailored to their needs, including those with special needs. Many teachers still need help designing learning activities for inclusion classes. This research aims to analyze the readiness of PAUD teachers to hold inclusive classes. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach. The subjects of this research were 50 PAUD teachers. The method used to collect data was a questionnaire with the help of Google Forms. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of five aspects and 42 statements, measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique is quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that most PAUD teachers understand the concept of inclusive education, although some require improvement through training. However, teachers' awareness of the importance of inclusive education needs to be appreciated. Despite the transition's uncertainty, ECCE teachers demonstrate readiness to adopt inclusive practices. The success of inclusive education requires systematic support that includes collaboration, training, and strategic approaches to overcome challenges and guide PAUD teachers toward success in implementing inclusive education. This research implies that PAUD teachers' readiness to facilitate inclusive classes is critical. This readiness is essential to create enjoyable learning activities.

Group Counseling About Coping Stress Strategy in Special Needs Teachers

The characteristics of children with special needs, which are unique and different from children in general, are certainly a challenge for teachers of children with special needs in providing education and assistance at school. This research aims to introduce stress coping strategies that can be a solution in overcoming the pressure faced by teachers who work with children with special needs through group counseling. The research participants in this study were teachers of children with special needs at School XX Surabaya. This research is a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design research that uses paired sample t-test analysis techniques to measure differences in stress levels before and after the group intervention is given. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it is known that there is a significant reduction in stress levels from the heavy to light and moderate categories, with a value of sig. (2-tailed) of 0.008 (<0.05). The qualitative research results also showed that the three participants obtained a therapeutic effect from group counseling which was carried out through a process of reflection, involvement in expressing emotions, identifying problems, giving feedback, finding insights from the discussion and interaction process, getting validation and being heard, as well as forming a perspective and new behaviors that are more constructive and adaptive in dealing with stress. So, it can be concluded that group counseling related to coping stress strategies is able to reduce stress levels in teachers who handle children with special needs at School XX Surabaya.Karakteristik anak berkebutuhan khusus yang unik dan berbeda dengan anak pada umumnya tentu menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi guru anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam memberikan didikan dan pendampingan di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan strategi koping stres dapat menjadi sebuah solusi dalam mengatasi tekanan yang dihadapi oleh guru yang menangani anak berkebutuhan khusus melalui konseling kelompok. Partisipan penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah guru anak berkebutuhan khusus di Sekolah XX Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimental one-group pretest-posttest design yang menggunakan teknik analisis paired sample t-test untuk mengukur perbedaan tingkat stres sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi kelompok dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, diketahui terdapat penurunan tingkat stres dari kategori berat menjadi ringan dan sedang secara signifikan, dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.008 (<0.05). Hasil penelitian secara kualitatif juga menunjukkan bahwa ketiga partisipan memperoleh efek terapeutik dari konseling kelompok yang dilakukan melalui proses refleksi, keterlibatan saat mengekspresikan emosi, mengidentifikasi masalah, memberi feedback, penemuan insight dari proses diskusi dan interaksi, mendapat validasi dan didengarkan, serta terbentuknya cara pandang dan perilaku baru yang lebih konstruktif dan adaptif dalam mengatasi stres. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompok terkait coping stress strategy mampu menurunkan tingkat stres pada guru yang menangani anak berkebutuhan khusus di Sekolah XX Surabaya.

The role of parents is the most important thing in supervising the growth and development of children. The problem that is often experienced by children is stunting, to increase information to the public, namely through psychoeducation. The purpose of the activities carried out is to increase understanding and skills for stunting prevention through parenting. The intervention targets were pregnant women, adolescents, posyandu cadres, parents with toddlers and stunting, with a total of 34 participants. Sampling in this counseling using purposive sampling technique. Retrieval of data used is using observation, interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The methods used in psychoeducation are lecture, roleplay, and discussion methods. The results obtained from this psychoeducation show positive results, namely that the benefits of the psychoeducation given to participants are quite visible. The participants realized that after participating in the activity, the participants' information and understanding regarding stunting and parenting patterns increased, so that parenting psychoeducation could become one of the recommendations for the "X" Community Health Center, as well as optimizing the community for using Posyandu and increasing awareness to regularly participate in Posyandu activities.Peran orang tua salah satu faktor terpenting dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Masalah yang sering dialami oleh anak adalah stunting, dalam rangka meningkatkan informasi kepada masyarakat yaitu melalui psikoedukasi. Tujuan kegiatan yang di lakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan serta pencegahan stunting melalui pola asuh. Sasaran intervensi yaitu ibu hamil, remaja, kader posyandu, orang tua yang memiliki anak balita dan stunting, dengan total keseluruhan berjumlah 34 peserta. Pengambilan sampel pada penyuluhan ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data yang digunakan yakni menggunakan observasi, wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Metode yang digunakan dalam psikoedukasi adalah ceramah, roleplay, dan diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari psikoedukasi ini menunjukkan hasil yang positif, yaitu psikoedukasi yang diberikan kepada peserta cukup terlihat manfaatnya. Para peserta menyadari bahwa setelah mengikuti kegiatan, informasi dan pemahaman peserta mengenai stunting dan pola asuh anak menjadi bertambah, sehingga psikoedukasi parenting dapat menjadi salah satu rekomendasi bagi Puskesmas “ X”, serta optimalisasi masyarakat untuk pemanfaatan Posyandu dan meningkatkan kesadaran untuk rutin mengikuti kegiatan posyandu.
