Psoriatic arthritis and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome

Abstract: We describe 2 patients who developed psoriatic arthritis during the course of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. Both patients developed skin and articular involvement characteristic of psoriatic arthritis; these manifestations were refractory to conventional therapy.
