Indeed, virtually every resource employed in the treatment of the psychiatric disorders of ECONOMIC EVALUATIONS AND INTERVENTIONS childhood and adolescence appears to be scarce relative both to the needs that have been uncovered (see following) and to levels of expressed demand backed by the ability to pay for it.…”
