“…As the indicator is not available for a few newly acceding Eastern European countries (Bulgaria, Estonia, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Romania), we attribute the average EPS of other newly acceding Eastern European countries for which data is available (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, and Slovakia).
