Abstract: Puerarin is an isoflavonoid phytoestrogen extracted from the root of Radix Pueraria, has attracted increasing attention because of its beneficial effects on anti-osteoporosis, but the molecular mechanisms underlying its actions on osteoblasts are not fully understood.
