Pulmonary tuberculosis associated acute fibrinous and organizing pneumonia: A case report and literature review

Abstract: Background Acute fibrinous and organizing pneumonia (AFOP) is a rare histological interstitial pneumonia pattern characterized by patches of “fibrin balls” distributed within the alveoli and organizing pneumonia.
