Put order picking system

Abstract

U lancima snabdevanja skladišta su bitna logistička komponenta, a u njima posebno mesto imaju komisioni sistemi. Zbog bitnog uticaja na logističke performanse stalni ciljevi su povećanje efikasnosti i smanjenje troškova ovih sistema. Za ostvarivanje ovih ciljeva prisutni su različiti pravci istraživanja, a njihova uspešnost se određuje dostignutim performansama. Performanse procesa komisioniranja u velikoj meri zavise od primenjene tehnološke koncepcije komisionog sistema, kao i načina na koji je sam proces organizovan i upravljan. Pored standardnih koncepcija (čovek ka teretu i teret ka čoveku) jedna od novijih je i tzv. put sistem-inverzno komisioniranje. Cilj ovog rada je da bliže opiše ovu koncepciju, ukaže na njene osnovne prednosti i nedostatke i pruži osnove koje mogu biti od značaja pri razvoju tehnoloških rešenja skladišta, a i primenu ove koncepcije komisionih sistema.
