Pyogenic granuloma of the glans penis

Abstract: A 29-year-old man presented with 7×4 cm tumour of the glans penis, with phimosis. A red papule on the glans noticed 2 years earlier had increased rapidly over several months before his first visit to our clinic. On retracting the prepuce, a darkly reddened polypoid tumour was apparent. The tumour had a narrow pedicle on the left dorsolateral surface of the glans ( Fig.
