Pyroelectric energy harvesting and ferroelectric properties of PbxSr1-xTiO3 ceramics

Abstract: Pb x Sr 1-x TiO 3 (PST) (x = 0.3, 0.35 and 0.40, abbreviated as PST30, PST35 and PST40, respectively) ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction route. Coexistence of tetragonal and cubic phase of ceramics is confirmed by X-ray diffraction pattern at room temperature (RT).
