QUALIDADE DE MILHO ARMAZENADO E INFESTADO POR Sitophilus zeamais E Tribolium castaneum

Abstract: Avaliou-se, neste trabalho, a qualidade de grãos de milho durante o armazenamento, em decorrência da infestação por Tribolium castaneum, Sitophilus zeamais e associação entre eles. Grãos de milho, colhidos com 20 % b.u. de teor de água, foram secos, fumigados e posteriormente armazenados, em porções de 40 kg em 60 recipientes metálicos com capacidade de 229 litros, em condição ambiente de Viçosa-MG.
