Abstract: Continuous health education and care regarding socio-economic issues should be continuously developed and provided to people with CD.

“…Endoscopy waiting times were not in keeping with NICE guidelines of 6 weeks. 24 The significant negative correlation between delay till endoscopy and Marsh Grade of biopsy suggests that with greater wait time patients are more likely to self impose a GFD, likely in attempt to achieve the improved quality of life from switching to a GFD, 9,16,27 increasing the chance of a missed diagnosis.
