“…The time course of the isomer concentrations can be described as linear regressions (r ±0.800 to ±0.980) with respect to the interval of 1±12 h, and from these data, b-half-lives (b-t 1/2 ) of the doxepin isomers in horse blood may be calculated as was previously demonstrated for rats (Frigerio et al, 1977). However, because of the irregular concentration maxima found in serum of animal 3 at 3 and 8 h (Figs 1 & 2), correlation of data was less successful and therefore calculation of b-t 1/2 was omitted in this case.…”
