“…The extraction profile of dimemorfan was examined by plotting the analyte abundance from the plasma samples against the number of aspirating/dispensing cycles (5,10,15,20,25, and 30 cycles). Extraction of the compound reached equilibrium after 20 aspirating/dispensing cycles, and this number of aspirating/dispensing cycles was used in subsequent experiments giving an extraction time of approximately 1 min.…”

“…The sensitivity showed by our method using GC/MS was similar to that previously reported by using chromatographic methods. [15][16] Table 3 shows the results obtained for intra-assay and inter-assay precision calculations and selected ions used for qualification and quantification of all the analytes. Inter-day and intra-day precision were < 9.0% and <3.5% for all analytes.…”

“…Analytical application of these compounds is based on their reduction properties and the capacity to form colorful charge-transfer type complexes or ionassociation bonds. A literature review shows that the methods of determination of phenothiazine derivatives mainly include chromatographic [3][4][5][6][7][8][9] and spectrophotometric ones. [10][11][12][13][14][15] With the development of modern pharmaceutical chemistry, the need arises to develop new methods of determination using contemporary analytical techniques.…”
