Abstract:We developed a quick-response technique for simplified vector control without using position sensors for permanent magnet synchronous motor drives. Our original simplified vector control has neither current control nor speed control, and the speed estimation response is limited by motor constants. We developed a highly stable method that equivalently increases the damping ratio, which is related to motor constants by the control side. Time domain simulations and experiments were perfomed to demonstrate the eff… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
