“…In aquaculture industry, QQ has shown positive results in the disruption of bacterial infections ( Cao et al, 2012 ; Romero et al, 2014 ; Vinoj et al, 2014 ; Torres et al, 2016 ). Recently, QQ was tested for its ability to mitigate the biofouling of reverse osmosis membranes used in seawater desalination ( Oh et al, 2017 ).
