“…An analytical model of the spectral distribution of gas absorption coefficients calculated on the basis of tables of the intensity of the lines S (λ 0 ) of the radiation of the gases in the indicated spectral range, which corresponds to the calculation of the absorption value in the range 4.1-4.3 microns (2300-2400 cm -1 ), was used the following approximation [10,11,14]:  The spectrum of the absorption coefficient of gas is described by the sum of the Lorentz distributions with different λ 0 and S(λ 0 ), but the same values of σL;  The spectra of absorption coefficients of all gases are given in the spectral band of 2300-2400 cm -1 (wavelengths of 4.1-4.3 microns) in increments of 0.01 cm -1 . The fulfilment of this condition is necessary for the convenience of analysing gas mixtures and taking into account the influence of influent gases;  The model takes into account only the lines having the intensity S≥0.1 [cm • atm] under normal conditions of measurement.…”

“…However, this inductor has a low Q-factor and its dimensions on the frequencies of 10 6 Hz are not compatible with the dimensions of transducer semiconductor chip [11]. Thereby, application of inductive character of the impedance bipolar transistor VT4 with a phase shift RC-circuit as an oscillator circuit inductor was proposed to solve this problem.…”

“…Using frequency signal as an informative eliminates the analog-to-digital converters, increases efficiency measuring apparatus [1,8]. Currently intensive research on the properties of analog microelectronic pressure transducers is carrying out [2,3], although the study the frequency of pressure transducers based on the reactive properties of bipolar and field-effect transistors is in an initial stage [4][5][6][7]. Therefore, this paper is dedicated to the study of the function of transformation and equation of sensitivity of the radiomeasuring pressure transducer on the basis of transistor structure with negative resistance.…”
