Rare complication of ventriculoperitoneal shunt: Ectopic distal catheter in a Grynfeltt hernia – case report

Abstract: Background: Ventriculoperitoneal shunts (VPSs) insertion is the most common used intervention in cases of hydrocephalus. The main postoperative complications are infections and catheter obstructions.
