Rasch progrediente Niereninsuffizienz als Primärmanifestation einer systemischen Sarkoidose

Abstract: As a rare manifestation of sarcoidosis granulomatous interstitial nephritis can cause rapidly progressive renal insufficiency, which can effectively be treated by steroids, if distinct interstitial fibrosis is absent.
