Rastgele Orman Yöntemi Kullanılarak Kıyı Çizgisi Çıkarımı İstanbul Örneği

Abstract: Çevrenin korunması ve sürdürülebilir kıyı geliştirme hedeflerine ulaşmak için kıyı alanlarının izlenmesi gerekmektedir. Show more

“…In literature found out studies using different methods and tools for analyzing the temporal changes of the coastline. The Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) tool, which can be added as a tool especially to ArcGIS software, contains several statistical methods within it: NSM, EPR, SCE, LRR, WLR, ECI, LSE/WSE, LR2/WR2 (Albuquerque et al, 2013;Ataol et al, 2019;Bera & Maiti, 2019;Beyazıt et al, 2014;Bheeroo et al, 2016;Erdem et al, 2018;Kale et al, 2019;Kılar & Çiçek, 2018Kılar & Çiçek, , 2019Kuleli et al, 2011;Nassar et al, 2019;Oyedotun, 2014;Thieler & Danforth, 1994;To & Thao, 2008). However, these tools and methods are mostly used in literature to detect natural coastal changes in areas of low coastal profile, such as delta and coastal lowlands.…”

“…If there is no separate data set for the test, 2/3 of the training data set is used as training data (in the bag), and 1/3 is used as test data (Out-of-Bag (OOB)) [19].…”

“…The purpose of using the GINI index is to determine the homogeneity of the samples at each node. The algorithm selects the variable with the smallest GINI index calculated according to the randomly selected variables at each node, passes to the other node, and ends the branching if this index is zero [19]. In short, nodes are divided into branches, and tree structures are created according to the division criteria determined using the training data.…”

“…The use of the random forest model in the field of geography, like the other two algorithms, is focused on land use (Gislason et al 2006), urban growth and change (Jun, 2021;Frimpong & Molkenthin, 2021), disaster risk forecasting (Stumpf & Kerle, 2011;Chen et al 2012) and remote sensing (Akar & Güngör, 2012;Erdem et al 2018).…”
