Re-examining Higher Education Internationalization in Taiwan: University Strategies for Implementing Overseas Programmes

Abstract: This study clarifies the rationale for offering overseas programmes as an internationalization strategy by Taiwanese higher education institutions through an analysis of related university documents and interview data.
