Real-Time Detection of Isothermal Amplification Reactions with Thermostable Catalytic Hairpin Assembly

Abstract: Catalytic hairpin assembly (CHA) is an enzyme-free amplification method that has previously proven useful in amplifying and transducing signals at the terminus of nucleic acid amplification reactions.
