At Abdul Moeloek Regional General Hospital in Lampung Province, evaluating radiographers' performance is crucial for ensuring quality radiology services. The current assessment tools for ongoing professional practice and work behavior lack clear, objective indicators and targets. This research uses research and development (R&D) research methods with a quasi-experimental posttest-only non-equivalent control group design. Data were collected using observation, interviews, and FGD. Expert validation and design improvements are conducted, followed by a trial involving 20 radiographers. Validity is tested using corrected items to total correlation, and reliability is assessed using Cronbach's alpha. Next, expert validation tests and design improvements were carried out by 3 experts, and then a limited trial of 20 RSUDAM radiographers carried out a validity test using corrected items to total correlation. Meanwhile, the reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha. The developed instrument, based on indicators and targets, demonstrates valid and reliable measures of radiographer performance. Expert validation through FGD confirms the instrument's effectiveness. Validity test results indicate significance (> 0.05), and reliability tests show Cronbach's alpha values (> 0.60). Normality tests reveal non-distributed data (p-value < 0.05). The Wilcoxon test, comparing old and new instruments, yields a significant Asymp.sig value (0.000) for the discipline variable, indicating improved performance assessment.

The progress and development of business science has found that well-managed human resource management is one very effective way of creating a good company. This can also be seen in the company's and its employees' relationships. Engaged employees usually have high loyalty to the company. This study aims to determine the influence of reward and recognition on employee engagement. This study uses a descriptive technique with a quantitative approach. The population studied is Directorate H at PT. X by specializing in employees who have worked for one year or more. Sampling with probability sampling technique to get a sample of 176 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and then processed through Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis using the SmartPLS application. Based on the research results, reward has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, and recognition also has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. From these results, the company can maintain a sound reward system and increase recognition by recognizing small things around the company so that employees feel more valued.

Prevalence, impact and prevention of stress and burnout, and promoting resilience among radiological personnel: a systematized review

Background The causes of burnout are varied, and several methods have been explored to prevent burnout among radiological personnel. The aim of this systematized review was to determine the prevalence of burnout, the impact of burnout, and what can be done to prevent stress and burnout. Methods Google Scholar and the Medline, CINAHL and Scopus databases were queried in June 2022. Eligibility was assessed using predetermined criteria: (a) the item had at least one of the terms described in the search in the title; (b) the item addressed burnout, stress, or resilience among radiological personnel; and (c) the study was conducted in relevant settings. The exclusion criteria were (a) prefaces and brief letters to the editor communications; and (b) reports related to quality in radiology only. Results Nineteen manuscripts were included and divided into four categories: the prevalence of stress and burnout; the causes of stress and burnout; the impact of stress and burnout on the individual, the department and the quality of care provided; and the prevention of stress and burnout, and promotion of resilience among radiological personnel. Conclusion The prevalence of stress and burnout among radiological personnel is between 1.3% and 90%. The impacts affect both staff and patients. Mindfulness-based interventions aimed at individuals have proven effective at combating stress and burnout, interventions aimed at the system are more effective, and a combination of both is the most effective.
