Reconstruction of Fingers Using Skin-Bone Grafts with Microvascular Anastomoses

Abstract: The aim of the study was to present a clinical and anatomical rationale for transplantation of skin-bone grafts with microvascular anastomoses for treating terminal and segmental defects of the hand and fingers.
