Abstract:Introduction
The rectovaginal septum (RVS) is a layer of dense fibro‐connective tissue, smooth muscle, and elastic and collagen fibers containing a neurovascular bundle of the inferior hypogastric plexus, providing support, innervation, and irrigation.
