Abstract: The anodizing of aluminum is a common technique used to produce decorative and protective high quality film. This process results in significant volume of industrial sludge containing considerable amounts of colloidal aluminum hydroxide, which is a problem in the disposal of these industrial wastes due to the environmental impact.
