Redox properties of LDH microcrystals coated with a catechol-bearing phosphonate derived from dopamine

Abstract: The surface of Zn–Al-chloride LDH microcrystals (LDH = Layered Double Hydroxides) was activated by grafting a redox active catechol bearing bis-phosphonate obtained by dopamine derivatization.
