Reducing blood glucose levels in the elderly with diabetes mellitus using ergonomic exercise based on spiritual care

Abstract: The increasing number of people with diabetes has an impact on the global burden of diabetes mellitus (DM) becoming a major public health priority, placing unsustainable demands on individuals, their guardians, economies, health systems and society.
